Alongside it we take on offices, retail and business premises, and the domestic side of a portfolio: voids turned round, tenant make-goods and the planned maintenance that keeps property let.
We are based in Godstone, Surrey, and for contract work we go wherever the estate is: London, Kent, Essex, Sussex, the South East and down to the coast. If you run sites across a region, distance is not the deciding factor — the programme is.
