Out-of-Hours Works
We run a reactive service out of hours, all year round, across London, Kent, Essex, Sussex and the South East:
- Nights and weekends
- Bank holidays
- Christmas and New Year
- Emergencies made safe and put right
- Work that cannot be done during trading hours
- A report on every call
Emergencies are put right as quickly as possible, so the premises can keep trading. Work that would disrupt customers or staff can be done out of hours instead.

Survey
We visit the unit, measure up, and ask what you need the space to do and when you need it back.
A price for the job
A schedule of works, priced element by element, in writing.
The build
We manage every trade on the job, sequenced so the noisy and long-lead work lands where it costs you least.
Handover
We finish, clean down and hand back a space that is ready to use, with the paperwork that goes with the work.
Common questions
Q.01Do you work bank holidays and over Christmas?
Yes. The out-of-hours service runs all year, including bank holidays, Christmas and New Year.
Q.02Can you do work that cannot happen during trading hours?
Yes. Work that would disrupt customers or staff can be done at night or at weekends, so the premises opens as normal.
Q.03What do we get after a call-out?
A report of what was found and what was done, so you have a record for the building.
Where we work
We are based in Godstone, Surrey, and we cover the whole of the South East. On the coast we go from Southampton and Portsmouth round to Brighton and Dover, and past London we go out as far as Oxford and Colchester. See the coverage map →
