Working around a live site

Most of this work happens on a site that is trading or about to. That often means night and early-morning shifts. Where part of a site can stay open, we price it both ways, so you can see what keeping it open costs.

Priced as a written schedule

Every site is surveyed before it is priced, and the quote comes back element by element and in writing, so you know exactly what you are paying for before we start.

Q.01Do you work for pub companies?

Yes. Pubs, bars and restaurants are most of our commercial work. We do not publish client names.

Q.02Can a pub be refurbished while it is still trading?

Often, in part. It depends on what is being touched and where. We look at it at survey and tell you what can stay open, what cannot, and what each option costs.
