It depends on the size, whether it is single or two storey, the specification, and what the groundworks turn out to be. We do not quote blind. We survey it first, free of charge, then the price comes back itemised, so you can see what each part costs.

Q.02Do I need planning permission for an extension?

Sometimes, and sometimes not. It depends on the size, the position, and whether the property is listed or in a conservation area. We look at that at survey and tell you what applies before anything is priced.
