Usually, yes. Most extensions are built onto the house rather than through it, so people stay put for the bulk of the work. If there is a stage that makes that awkward we tell you at quote stage so you can plan round it, rather than you finding out on the day.

We can. Plenty of people come to us with drawings already done and just want them priced. Others start with nothing more than an idea, and we take it from the first sketch through the approvals to the finished job. Either way it is one firm throughout.

Yes. Not everything is an extension — plenty of what we do is one room reworked, a new opening formed, or repairs and maintenance when something needs sorting out. We are happy to quote for any of it.
