Planned Maintenance
We run planned maintenance for landlords, managing agents and property teams across London, Kent, Essex, Sussex and the South East:
- A written schedule for each building
- Roofs and gutters checked and cleared
- Decoration and making good
- Doors, windows and fittings
- Repairs found on a visit, priced first
- A report after every visit
It is the work you schedule so it never becomes a call-out, priced so a property team can see what is being done, when, and what each part costs.

How it works
Survey
We visit the unit, measure up, and ask what you need the space to do and when you need it back.
A price for the job
A schedule of works, priced element by element, in writing.
The build
We manage every trade on the job, sequenced so the noisy and long-lead work lands where it costs you least.
Handover
We finish, clean down and hand back a space that is ready to use, with the paperwork that goes with the work.
Common questions
Q.01What is planned preventative maintenance?
The regular work that keeps a building in good order, scheduled in advance so small problems are dealt with before they become call-outs.
Q.02How is it priced?
As a written schedule for each building, element by element, so you can see what each part costs.
Q.03Can it sit alongside reactive repairs?
Yes. The reactive record shows which faults keep coming back, and those belong in the planned schedule.
Where we work
We are based in Godstone, Surrey, and we cover the whole of the South East. On the coast we go from Southampton and Portsmouth round to Brighton and Dover, and past London we go out as far as Oxford and Colchester. See the coverage map →
