Builders near Godstone
We work across the whole of East Grinstead — Baldwins Hill, Sunnyside, the town centre and out towards Ashurst Wood — from our office at 27 High Street, Godstone.
A free survey, then a written, itemised price before any work starts.
East Grinstead has a conservation area covering the historic town centre, including the High Street. In a conservation area, some work that would normally go ahead without planning permission needs it, and changes to the outside of a building are looked at more closely. We check whether your home is in one at survey.
Planning applications in East Grinstead are decided by Mid Sussex District Council. Many extensions are allowed under permitted development and need no application at all, but it depends on the property.
