Yes. We plan the work back from the date that cannot move, and tell you at survey how it will be sequenced to meet it.
Q.02Do you do landlord handbacks?
Yes. Strip-out and making good, to put a unit back to the condition the lease asks for.
Where we work
We are based in Godstone, Surrey, and we cover the whole of the South East. On the coast we go from Southampton and Portsmouth round to Brighton and Dover, and past London we go out as far as Oxford and Colchester. See the coverage map →
