Strip-out, tenant make-goods, repairs and redecoration between tenancies, through to a unit the next tenant can take. Every week a unit stands empty costs somebody money — so we price the works and the programme together before anything starts, and work back from the handover date.

Named-supplier and framework work, priced to the schedule. Rates agreed up front, works instructed against them, and the same team turning up each time — which is the point of a framework and the reason it is worth holding.
