Older houses hide things: uneven floors, tired wiring, layouts that no longer work. We open them up, show you what we find, and price the work in writing before it goes ahead.

An itemised written quote once we have seen it, so you can see what each part costs.
The work
We manage every trade on the job, with one of our surveyors running it throughout.
Handover
Finished, signed off and cleared up, with the certificates that go with the work.
Common questions
Q.01What does a home renovation cost?
It depends on how much of the house is being done and what we find once it is opened up. We survey it free of charge, then price it item by item.
Q.02Can we stay in the house while it is renovated?
Often, yes, if the work is done room by room. We tell you at survey which parts of the job are disruptive, so you can plan around them.
