We build brand-new homes across Surrey, Kent and Sussex, within about ten miles of our Godstone office: one-off houses and new-build plots. We have the team and the specialists to take a new house from start to finish, however the job begins. That might mean knocking down an existing house and building a new one in its place, or building on a plot of land that already has planning permission, whether that is one house or several. We build to your architect's approved plans. If you want us to handle the design and the planning as well, that is our design and build service.

Q.01Can you knock down my house and build a new one?

Yes. Once planning permission is in place, we take it from demolishing the existing house through to handing over the new one.

Q.02Do I need planning permission for a new build?

Yes, a new house always needs it. If you already have it, we build to the approved plans; if not, our design and build service can take that on.
