Design and Build

Design and build is a way of running the job rather than a type of building: one firm taking on all of it, from the architectural drawings and building control to the structural work and the final build. It works for an extension, a renovation or a brand-new house. It means one point of contact and one company answerable for the result, instead of a designer, a builder and a fitter pointing at each other when something does not line up.

Q.02Can you build from plans I already have?

Yes. If you already have drawings, we build from those. Design and build is for when you want us to take on the design as well.
